Chapter 124

Aurora’s POV

The seer was a smallish Hispanic-looking woman with long black hair and a scar that ran from one corner of her lips to the other across her lower lip like a line on an apple. Her pale blue eyes were wide open and glowed in the candlelight as she stared up at something u could barely see.

Fear also ran through me because immediately one of her servants led us to her. Her gaze followed me around for some time before it finally turned away and focused on her hands. The servant held them out and I saw that they were still glowing a faint blue, just like mine, but they looked more solid than my ghostly glow. "She's not going to hurt you," her servant said, "But don't touch her. She might get angry if you do."

What the hell does that even mean?

I knew the seer knew who and what I was, I was scared she'd blurt out.
