Chapter 21

Molina creeps closer with her fangs exposed and the fur of her wolf bristling as if charged by lightning. She glares at me, challenging me to fight her.

Her wolf has red fur, and her piercing grey eyes are locked on mine. I take an instinctive step back, knowing that in this form, she would not hesitate to rip me apart.

"Molina, this is crazy! I don't want to fight you," I plead.

My desperate words only drive her anger further, and in the blink of an eye, she springs forward with a vicious growl, all traces of humanity gone, replaced by a feral creature determined to tear into my flesh. I can only brace myself for impact as she launches herself onto me with a primal scream.

I tried my best to fight her off, but it was difficult since I have little to no training in the battleground, and my wolf Liliana is not awake at the moment.

Molina's claws scratch against my skin, and her teeth sink deep into my shoulder, drawing blood. The pain is excruciating, and I cry out in agony. I can feel
