Skye's POV

So far, everything has been peaceful. Alec and I have finally told everyone about our relationship. Some were happy for us, and some didn't quite like the news, especially Edward. Katherine seems happy for us though, I think that at least is something I should be glad about.

As for Erin, they haven't exposed the issue of her pregnancy, and she refused to get out of her quarters for that very reason. I don't know why she wants to get an abortion. I can only hope she would change her mind.

The child is innocent from the sins of their parents, they shouldn't be the one to suffer the consequences.

"Skye, what are you thinking over there?" Alec snapped me out of my thoughts.

We were currently in the park. He thought it would be nice to have our first official date as a couple, and since I haven't really experienced it, I wanted to give it a try.
