~ Alister's POV~

Alister's mind was racing as he bolted up the stairs towards Keita's room. The sound of his pounding footsteps echoed through the hallway, adding to the tension that was already building inside him.

The shout that had come from Keita's room had been so bloodcurdling, so full of fear and pain, that Alister could feel his own heart racing in response. He desperately hoped that he wasn't too late, that he could still save Keita from whatever danger had befallen him.

As he reached the door to Keita's room, Alister paused for a brief moment, his hand hovering over the doorknob. He knew that he was about to confront a potentially horrific sight, and he steeled himself for what he might find on the other side. Taking a deep breath, he pushed open the door and burst into the room.

The sight that greeted him was beyond anything he could have imagined. The bedroom was in shambles, with furniture overturned and clothes scattered across the floor.
