Raze's POV

I didn't come out of the room, loving the commotion that was going on out there. However, it was positive that I needed to confirm. What was going on?

Reena hadn't been found, but from Logan's words, he said she was dead. Happiness flooded me. However, I soon became bitter because she was such a sweet person, one of the women on my list I wanted to have a taste of. I was angry that she belonged to Logan, and I wanted her for myself.

Moving out of my room, I accidentally bumped into Caleb, who seemed like he was too much. I was in a hurry to speak to him, but I was able to grab his hands.

"What's wrong Raze?" He asked impatiently, his eyes staring at me with some kind of contempt. They still didn't want to tell me Reena was the Alpha's mate.

"Is Reena dead?"
