Luke meets my eyes. He was the only one who held my gaze. "I'll fight by your side."
"So will I." Elijah turns his eyes back towards me.
Stefan and Morrison exchange glances. "Count us in too," Morrison says. Stefan nods his head in agreement.
Blake closes his eyes and sighs. "I'll join you too."
Derek shakes his head. "I can't let you guys have all the guns without me."
Genevieve stares at all of us. As much as I would have loved to join you guys, someone has to stay back to oversee this. Plus, in combat, I'm not half as good as any of you guys. I'll only be a liability. "
