Chapter 141 – Farewells
KLAUS' POV
I push aside the white drape and step into the VIP dining section of the restaurant. Our restaurant, Tiffany and I, Tables and chairs were covered in white sheets with floral patterns. Chairs were bent towards the table. I walked around them, heading to the table at the back, which was already set up. The ivory restaurant is closed for the day already. I made sure to inform the owners of his place that I needed absolute privacy. I sit on one of the two chairs and wait for her to arrive. I have no idea if she'll show. Maybe she hadn't gotten the letter, or maybe she might not care anymore.
During the whole drive here, I wondered what I would say to her if she eventually came. Nothing I thought of seemed to be the right thing to say.
