I watched Anthony Wyatt walk into the hospital lobby and I was quite surprised. He didn't see me so I turned my back against him, so he wouldn't recognize me.

What business could he have at a hospital in a remote area? When he could afford all the VIP hospital rooms at the top hospital in Avalon.

He was alone and the nurse that was in charge of the lobby seemed to give him special treatment, like that wasn't his first time coming there.

Then I acted like an average man and walked out of the hospital to get something for Sarah. As early as 6 AM, I made sure Sarah got discharged and we left the hospital as soon as possible, trying to avoid Anthony.

We got to the main city and then I drove to a hospital first to reconfirm Sarah's health status. After we were done, we headed to the pack and I reached out for Myles immediately.

He had just gotten back from the errand I had sent him.
