I was so happy that someone was ready to invest in me. An investment that should have happened long before then. My father was just a wicked man who did not deem it fit to invest in my education.

I remained in the study till evening as I was engrossed in the book I was reading. With the use of the internet, I easily assimilated the contents of the book and I was done in no time. A book that contained over one hundred and fifty pages. Not a novel but an educational textbook.

I knew it was not normal that I finished that book without stress. I felt a supernatural backing but I didn't say anything. I felt that was okay for the day and I left the study to look for Damon.
