A few days had passed and I tried my best to avoid Zoe.
I even let the creep, Thomas follow her around since her father trusted him.
It was cowardly of me to run away like this but taking her as a mate wasn’t an option. What if she was just using me to forget that Duncan guy?

I slouched in my office chair suddenly feeling tired. A game or a swim would help me unwind and relieve the stress.
Deciding to go for a late night swim. I got up after switching off and closing my laptop.
Walking towards the door, I opened it and stepped outside.
Quickly climbing the stairs heading to the third floor. Once there, I went straight to the pool room on the far end of the hallway.
