My heart hammered rapidly in my chest as the footsteps drew closer. Chloe was alert in my head. We were going straight for the kill wouldn’t want to run while looking over my shoulder.
Soon, the men came into view with sinister looks and my breath hitched. They were so ugly I almost gagged. How could such ugly creatures want to have a taste of me? They are not even worthy to be placed on the queue of my many suitors.
Ok, they were okay looking but them being rogues and becoming villains turned them into ugly people from within their souls.
“Hey there Princess,” the first man with red hair and a round face spoke and I frowned in disgust. Only my father and mate can call me princess, how dare this man!
