Lydia Richmond's POV

After this was raised, I knew a lot of people would not trust me. I had to do something here or else, their minds would be polluted and I would have no clue on what had to be done.

“I hate to say this but he has a point!” Wilbert told me carefully. “The only one who knows the real leader is Jojo and as it stands now, we will have to wait for him to confirm if you are the one!”

I sighed.

“Jojo is probably dead by now…” I said carefully. As I said this, the men exchanged glances and grabbed a hold on their swords. “I didn't say I killed him. In fact, I was kidnapped alongside him. If there is anyone affiliated with the Alpha's mansion, such a person should come outside and confirm what I am saying!”

I could hear the men murmuring. I looked at Wilbert in a bid to tell him to control his men.

“No noise, gentlemen!” Wilbert told them. “If you are an insider in the Alpha's mansion, please come out and confirm her story. It is essential, please!”
