Chapter Ten

Aubrey's POV

I laid in Hayden's arms as we watched alongside the kids a movie which was our normal Sunday afternoon routine.

Most at time, it was just I and the kids as Hayden was mostly out of town…whenever his absence afcceye my daily routine I can’t help but feel like we have already taken over his life.

It's been three years since our first meeting and two years and a few months since I had broken whatever had but still he never left my side.

My excuse back then was that he was too good for me and I was scared of the I tenacity of what we had shared…stupid but he agreed to the breakup but refused letting me go.

My wolf stirred angrily at my thoughts, I didn't blame her though…I was yet to have coknectd with her when Aiden ans his look a like thought it wise to use me as a pawn.

Hayden squeezed my shoulders softly before pulling me into his warmth causing me to smile.
