Lizelle's Point of View
I took a seat at the circular table. The surroundings are highly white and comfortable to look at, and the condominium Tryon bought for me is also relatively large.
I'm unsure how he purchased such a luxury condo in just an hour. There isn't much décor yet; all that's there is a queen-size bed, a side table, chairs, and a table. I don't have a closet or clothes other than what I'm wearing now.
"I've already paid for it. It's yours now."
I looked at Tyron's eyes, but he paid me no attention. After we chatted in front of his building, I informed him that I would do anything as long as he agreed in my favor. He promptly looked for a condominium because the first thing I asked for was a place to sleep.
"What favor do you demand?"
He sat in the chair across from me and crossed his legs. When he stared at my eyes, I almost drowned in my saliva because there was something stuck in my throat. His blue pupils felt like they stole the life out of me.
A tingle pleasure was playing at the sensitive area that made me wet, but I remained focused on an essential issue I needed him to help me with.
"I'm Lizelle Smith."
"I know."
I was taken aback, "How did you know?"
"There's no need for you to know."
His answers to me were short as if talking too much was a sin. His expression was also blank, and he seemed uninterested.
He leaned his back on the chair, so I continued.
"My family is wealthy. We are a brown sugar provider since we hold the largest sugarcane plantation in New York."
I took off my jacket, and because my top was white, the breasts lingerie I was covered could be seen. However, I didn't mind it even though he stared with a frown at that area.
And just like I expected, there's nothing new to his reaction. Far different from those old guys at the auction.
My chest and body are both in good form; therefore, it's nothing new to me if people pay attention to my body. They often do that.
When I cleared my throat, he returned his attention to me.
"I smelled smoke one day while sleeping. At first, I thought I was dreaming, but the smoke quickly strangled me and I couldn't breathe. There were a lot of people around me when I woke up and our house was nearly in ruins."
My heart hardened to stone due to my nightly dream of what I had gone through. It was still painful, but not as much as it had been in the days following the tragedy.
"Get to your point. What do you want me to do?"
I could see the man's rage in his eyes before he averted his gaze and stood up. He took out a black card from his wallet and placed it in front of me, which startled me. I gazed at it and glanced up at him with a 'what am I going to do here?' expression on my face.
"I don't have time to listen to your story. If you're ready to say what you need, you know where to find me. That is your credit card."
He had already walked away, so I got up and dashed to bring him back. He would've closed the door if only I didn't shout.
"I want revenge!"
The man straightened up.
"I want to know who is to blame for my parents' deaths! Why did he send me through hell? I'd like to know who that person is because if he wants me to drag him to hell, I'll gladly do so!" I let go of his hand when I noticed his body had relaxed, and he had no intention of leaving. "And you're only the person who can help me with that."
He grinned, but his eyes were once again solemn after a few seconds. He unbuttoned his black tuxedo and straightened his black necktie. “What exactly do you want me to do? And... what can I expect in exchange?”
I no longer have a handle on the consequences and am determined to take revenge. I don’t even think about what he wishes. I think my heart is full of wrath, but I don’t care for it anymore. I don’t have anything left, so why should I even think about the compensation for what I do?
"Find the person who set fire to the our house and plantation. I want him to feel the gradual loss of the things he has."
"What can I get from you?"
I didn't answer, but he stepped toward me and ran his fingers on my shoulder. I gulped many times and waited for his next move.
However, when I was about to close my eyes, Tyron pulled out another cellphone while he held his own. He presented that to me and waited for me to pick it up. He did something there when the phone he gave me suddenly rang.
"Answer it. Remember to always call me."
I picked up the phone and put it in my ears. "O-Okay."
"Good."
If only I could explain how strong my heart was beating. I feel like I will run out of breath with everything he does and says.
While the phone was still in our ears, he extended his hand to me. Without hesitation, I accepted it. My body just deliberately moved with its own.
"My cat was easy to tame." He whispered, pulled my waist with force and crawled his hand on my legs. "Now, kiss me."
Lizelle’s Point of View*Ding dong*I wiped the sweat from my forehead when the doorbell rang again. I cleaned the room because Tyron bought me the successive influx of things. I wandered my eyes around. The utensils in my condominium are complete. I also have a closet, plates, and other cooking utensils. He also sent me a refrigerator. It’s a good thing the condominium is enormous. When I opened the door, I saw the men wearing orange uniforms as they brought the items once more. I lifted my one brow and peered behind me; nothing was no longer missing in this room, so why were they back? The first man in orange bowed before he gave me a piece of paper to sign again.“Good evening, Miss Luna. Sorry about coming late. We went in the evening because Mr. Tyron requested it late. Just sign this so we may enter and set the sofa to where you want it.” He had already given me the paper and the pen and I read what was written first.Luna? The reason for writing is to inform you of the receivin
Lizelle's Point of View Before I fainted, I heard the monitor's beeping noise and flashing color. They slowly lay me down and injected something before my eyelids slowly fell off. Tyron was the last person I saw, standing in a corner with a serious yet somewhat worried face.I woke up in a white room. I could see nothing but white around me. 'Where am I?''How many hours of sleep have I had?'When I arose from my slumber, the thing I tread on was likewise white and fluffy. I paid close attention to where someone was laughing. I approached carefully at first since I couldn't see their faces. As I arrived, I saw two people chuckling. One of them was wearing a white dress and a white flower crown, while the man dressed all in white. When they spotted me, they both stopped and smiled. My eyes widened as I realized who those are."Mom! Dad!" I ran to hug them and cried. "Mom! Dad! Let's go home!" I didn't remove the embrace from them. Nevertheless, it gradually surprised me when the su
Lizelle’s Point of View “Welcome to [Cancer Research Charity]. Our 3rd Annual Report Leadership Conference. Today, we will discuss the results of our Charity Project for this year. Of course, everyone is welcome. They also encouraged people to pitch in. Individuals who wish to support and give to those people who want to live longer,” The emcee announced. I was at the charity conference where Tyron intended to implement the first plan. He directed me here since this was supposed to be Lorenzo’s focus this year, assisting cancer patients so that more people could support him. Tyron suggested that to gain Lorenzo’s attention and become close to him; we should compete with what he had—to what he wanted. It had been a month since they operated on my face. I think nothing has changed. The first point to mention was the eyes; they just layered my eyelids. To look more mature, they made my lower lip thick. They slightly pointed at the nose while the cheekbone was enlarged. Only my hair ch
Lizelle's Point of View When the Charity Event concluded, I pretended to be someone with a true heart who wanted to support cancer patients who wanted to live longer. I wanted to assist people, but I didn't want to deceive myself because that was not why I came here in the first place. Many corporate leaders approached me after the event. They inquired about my business. I didn't answer them about it and pretended to be a model, wishing to help those in genuine need. I stayed there as they eventually returned home. I had no idea what to do next because Tyron and I had not discussed what to do when the event ended. I was unsure what his orders were because so many people came up to me, but it didn't seem that disastrous that he didn't give me any instructions because the "rice was reaching the chicken." The chicken would sit there and wait for the rice so it could peck. While I pretended to be busy, Lorenzo approached me. I was ready to walk away when he grabbed my hand and dragged
Lizelle's Point of ViewMy feet quickly reverted to their previous position. I dashed over to his back and examined the tablet he was strolling with his hands. I snatched it from him when I saw Lorenzo's name on one of the calendar numbers. I immediately grinned. He yanked it from my grasp and pointed to the electric stove. There was also a gas stove, but I might use the electric stove as we were the only two people in the house.I pretended to chuckle at him before walking away and picking up the frying fan. That was something I was thinking about right now. "Hehe. Can you tell me what you want me to cook?" I was still giggling with delight."Cook just what you are familiar with. You barely know how to cook, anyway." His tone was usually solemn, and his face was expressionless. He did not pause to press the tablet. I'd stare at him when he closed the iPad, and then he looked at me."I'm going to prepare a meal." I held back from slapping him with the frying pan I was carrying, even t
Right now, I’m at Tyron's office, and he’s trying to figure out where Lorenzo and I will meet. It’s like if I’m a girlfriend attempting to discover whether my partner is cheating. It just made me feel nauseous. After Lorenzo and I finished talking, he was abruptly called and informed that there was an issue at their workplace. It’s inconvenient for me since that’s my only hope to ask if he knows the case about the Smith. I’m at his office because of what happened. Isn’t that also great news? I managed to persuade Lorenzo to join me for a meal out.“Take a seat first; you haven’t even gotten that man’s phone number. You would have been conversing and inquiring where you would meet if you had taken his number to make our plan easier.” Tyron frankly stated. I felt it was a huge issue to him that I did not get Lorenzo's phone number. For five minutes, I didn’t even speak to that man! I didn’t even put my acting skills to work! But, amid my mental whining, I got a flash of insight about w
“What should I wear?” Now I’m throwing to bed my favorite outfits. I’m undecided about what I’ll wear. Lorenzo and I are going to meet up tonight! What if he turns off to what I’m wearing, and our plan comes to fruition? Isn’t that correct? Little things may have a tremendous impact!“Just wear everything you want. Because you are so attractive, perhaps everything will work out for you.” Even though Tyron couldn’t see me, I smiled at him. On his phone, this guy is playing Candy Crush. I’m not sure why. Instead of making him laugh, it makes his robot face appear even more attractive. I was exhausted and leaned over him. His legs were crossed, and he didn’t even glance at me.“Am I really beautiful?” I bumped into his back to annoy him because of what he said, but I didn’t get any other answer from him. I went to the cabinet again to search. I don’t know how I’ll fix these scattered clothes later! There are still no maids in the house. Thank God, and he didn’t let me cook for him or let
“L-Lorenzo? Why are you here?” My eyes are still shocked. How did he get here? I looked around and tried to find who I could be. Where did Tyron go?! He should have told me that Lorenzo was going to meet me here! Is this the reason he left?!“Oh! I must be the one asking that. I reserved this day to shop for my clothes. Shouldn’t I be the one asking why you’re here?”His question made my heart beat faster. How do I answer that? Tyron said nothing about it! I thought we would just buy clothes, then I would get ready for Lorenzo and my dinner later! I took a deep breath, then answered the thing I thought. I don’t know if he will believe it. This is better than not telling him anything, and he will be even more skeptical.“Oh! I have reservations too. Could it be that they just made a mistake that coincided with the dates? What do you think?” I walked around slowly to look like I was looking for clothes. He quickly went behind me. Because he is still dressed in a tuxedo, I believe he just
