Trust me with everything

"It' nothing important. I mean, we just talked about school and stuff," I replied as I looked at my hands.

"Anyway, I have to go. I promised Roman that we would meet at my place early and I don't want to be late."

"Alright, I'll see you at lunch. Bye, Hope! See ya!"

"Bye," I said and waved goodbye to her before quickly leaving my bedroom.

As I left the apartment, I headed toward the elevator. Once inside, I pressed the button marked to go to the ground floor and then waited patiently. I hoped that Roman wouldn't be too impatient and wait a long time for me to show up.

As soon as the elevator door opened, I saw Roman sitting on the couch with his guitar leaning against his leg. His dark hair was messy and he was wearing blue jeans, a yellow shirt, black Converse sneakers and a black leather jacket.

It looked like he hadn't shaved in several hours. He smiled at me when he saw me walking over to him.

"Hi," I said nervously.

"Hi," he replied with an amused smile. "What took you so long
