Kara's POV...
My eyes fluttered at the mumblings around me; it confused me about where I was and if I was still dreaming. Someone in the room clapped their hand when they noticed that I moved my hand. "She is awake," the person bellowed. The noise enabled me to finally open my eyes. I looked around in disbelief, expecting to see myself in the woods. But it turned out to be a room with four walls that smelt like spirit. And two men dressed in guards' uniforms stood next to the door. My injured leg was wrapped in a neat bandage, and the ache seemed to have subsided. Glancing to my side, I found a doctor packing up her equipment.
