“What do you want, Crystal?” I all but growl out and Titus jolts up in bed and moves towards me, trying to snatch the phone from my hands.

I hold my hand up to stop him, and he stops. Moving the phone from my ear, I place the call on loudspeaker and grab my phone to record the call.

“Well, I was hoping to speak to my lover, but I suppose you will do.” She chuckles at the end. Aura bristles in my mind and is listening to the call.
