"Well, come on in Kelly baby," my mother said sweetly as Kelly entered the modest home, "I'm just running to the store for a little while, I'll be back with some food." I nodded and smiled at my mum, telling her goodbye and instructing her to keep safe and make sure she comes back home. When the door closed Kelly looked at me, walking towards me.

I've been here the whole day and the sun was going to set in a few hours. I called Kelly hours ago but she told me she was at work but would come by as soon as she was done with work.
