Eden pov

The lights came on as the door opened, he carried me to the bathroom and put me down in the tub, and pulled away.

“Now that I think about it, I should’ve carried you to your room instead.” He said rubbing the back of his neck in embarrassment. I tried not to chuckle at his words.

“Yeah, that’s what happens when you’re lost in the moment I guess.” I murmured. He doesn’t reply. His focus was on my face, and then he rose to his feet to turn on the water for a bath.

“Where did you go to?” He asked softly sitting on the floor opposite me as the water slowly filled up the fancy tub. It wouldn’t hurt to tell him where I was at, would it?
