Chapter 49

As Keaton led me away I tried not to shiver. Edward followed, but he hung back, and I remembered the warning he’d given me partway through my training. If I gave a client permission to spend time with me, I had to follow through as long as they were within the bounds of an official fetish. Edward would only intervene if things got very out of hand and it looked like I might be badly hurt or worse.

A large room sat behind a curtain, almost the same size as the dance floor again. I blinked, surprised, and hesitated just inside it. Keaton looked at me and laughed.

“Not what you were expecting?”

I shook my head as I took in the number of men in there. I recognised one of the men Keaton had insisted I pleasure on a previous occasion, sitting with two other men, all of them tucking into a stack of pancakes bigger than any I’d ever seen before.

More men sat at other tables, and two played pool at the far end of the room. There were two other women in the room, compared to at least fifteen men
