Chapter Fifty Nine

Nadia stood at the edge of the hospital rooftop as her eyes watched the bustling city, which was going on just at the same ground level as the hospital's first floor. The cool evening air swirled around her its peace and tousled through her hair, as she closed her eyes tightly to feel the calmness she had come to the place she had come to.

The day seemed so long and exhausting with the influx of VIP patients that they had, and she spent all day walking nonstop without taking a rest. Barely an hour she had to herself after the events that had left her weary and drained, she left the midst of her other colleagues at the office to spend it alone away from the world.
