Chapter 20

Sorin swiftly flipped off the blanket that was used to cover his body in a flash and as he was about to stand up, he was pulled back by the drip line that was attached to his hand, which he had forgotten was still there.

Before Kelvin could stop him, he yanked it off forcefully without looking back and began to walk hurriedly towards the door. As he held the handle and was about to turn the door knob, Kelvin caught him.

"Sir, they are fine. They are responding to treatment, they will be awake soon sir.

Kelvin had been with Sorin for a very long time, almost all his life, so he immediately knew what Sorin was trying to do and where he was headed. He knew he was in a haste to check on his parents, who were still unconscious. He knew Sorin must have been thinking that something went wrong while he passed out, which was why he quickly stopped him before he left the room.

"Sir, you need rest as well. They will be fine and they will be awake in no time, very soon. Let's trust the Doctors."
