(Kim's Point of View)

One thing I abhorred the most was when I was being arraigned for something I knew nothing of.

I scowled at the photos in my hand. They were taken from earlier at the restaurant when that bastard had his hands on my waist but the captured shot and angle made it seem like I was almost kissing him and we were in an intimate stance.

I looked up from the photos to Arthur. "What's the meaning of this, where did you get these pictures?"

He seemed irritated as he poked his inner cheek. "Shouldn't I be the one polling you, Kim, what were you doing in those photos?!"

"I was doing nothing, Arthur," I conceded immediately, what was he getting at?

"I've always cautioned you of your stature, whatever your do will evaluate inadequately on the Rodriguezs. If you are going to do something inappropriate, do it where the municipal eyes wouldn't see you," He snarled, peering up at me with undecipherable eyes and a locked jaw.
