As an apology, tonight Kairos and Samuel visited Edward's house specifically. In the office, the three of them appeared to be chatting casually as usual.

"I'm sure you two deliberately didn't come to the restaurant, right?"

Edward threw a probing glance. He looked at Kairos and Samuel alternately.

"We were both busy, Ed," Samuel defended himself.
