Chapter 35

Carefully walking towards the kitchen I am afraid for my presence to be known by Kairos' maid. I only plan to sneak in. Grab anything that I can eat and drink from the refrigerator and go back to the master bedroom. It was a relief when I saw no trace of her in the kitchen and so I let my guard down thinking that she could be asleep or resting somewhere.

My eyes feast on different options of freshly made juices in a glass bottle but for a snack. I couldn't find anything to my liking and so I ended up settling with the mango juice that I found.
