The meeting

RODRI'S POV.

I watched as she slowly drifted to sleep, she was as beautiful as ever, even though she had added a bit of weight. I wondered how she managed to keep her skin glowing and flawless. I had heard about how pregnant women got so many blemishes on their faces as a result of their pregnancy, but the same couldn't be said about Vanessa.

After a few moments of watching her sleep, I also drifted off to to a peaceful sleep.

Rudely awakened by a rather loud notification tone from Vanessa's phone. I quickly shot up and grabbed the phone, lowering the volume, so it wouldn't wake her up, luckily she seemed to be quite deep in her sleep as she didn't even move.

I sighed in relief then her phone buzzed again, a message popped up and it was from her mother, and it said; "thank you honey I sent the money to him already, let's hope this would be the last time, I'm sorry I had to drag you into this."
