POV: Monte

He was in a meeting when he received a message from Marie.

"Sir, Ma'am Ericka is in the hospital. Watch this video to know what happened."

He opened the files sent by Marie, witnessing how Mrs. Dominguez threw a glass. That old woman is really shameless. No wonder Khaye has a bad attitude, taking after her.

He decided not to finish the expo. He would go home to his wife. That old woman needs to pay for what she did to his spouse.

He bid farewell to his grandfather, not revealing the reason for his early return to the Philippines. His grandfather understood. He caught the first flight the next day without anyone knowing. He wanted to hasten his return home because he was deeply worried about Ericka.

As the plane touched down, he hurriedly disembarked, almost sprinting through the path. He took the airport shuttle and, before heading home, bought avocados and flowers. Glancing at his watch, it was already 2 AM. In thirty minutes, he'd be at home. When they reached the gate, t
