CHAPTER TWO.

Lisa snatched her hands.

"Sir you have clearly made a mistake"

Eduardo smiled, "amor I understand you are upset and I apologize for taking it this far" he smiled softly and pulled her in for a hug, making it believable, from the corner of her eyes she saw he uncle and his family approaching, when he reached her, he drag her out of Eduardo's embrace and gave her a resounding slap, a silent tear fell from her eyes, a grasp could be heard from the crowd, this isn't the first time her uncle was treating her like this for something she didn't do, this was the first time it hurt, this was the first time she was out of the house and her reputation is being soiled.

"He is  lying, uncle I don't know, I have never…"

Shut up Lisa, just" he was about to give her a second slap when, Eduardo held his hands, shocking Lisa, " I have heard so much about you from Lisa and I would not tolerate you slapping the mother of my unborn child like you want" the voice was harsh, Lisa stared at him how could someone be lying so seriously?

"Lisaaaaaaa you bitch!" Emily screamed and lunged towards her.

Lisa turned to look at Emily as she lunged towards her, she noticed she had removed her shoes, she held the bottom of her dress for her to easily and quickly walk.

Eduardo stood in front of her before Emily could lay her hands on Lisa, she had the look on her face, to kill Lisa .

"Emily don't do this, I am sorry for taking this to far, I can't let my child grow without a father neither can I live if I spend any time for Lisa" he said calmly

Lisa turned to look at his face, how could he lie like this, in front of cameras and thousands of people, how could he ruin the little reputation he has, he caught her gaze and gave her a loving and reassuring smile, making this more believable.

"Eduardo, why her?She is a server girl, I..I am prettier than her, why?"

Lisa almost rolled her eyes, if this wasn't serious she would have, with Emily's face I doubt anyone thought she was pretty right now.

"Emily, i don't know him, believe me" Lisa said pushing Eduardo out of her front.

The glare Emily gaze her we're deadly

"Believe you? after everything you have done, I don't even know you" 

Right, no body would believe her compare to him, she was a server girl, with no connection, he uncle can't stand her, she turn towards Eduardo, "tell her, tell her, this is a lie and and I don't know you" Lisa asked him and he smiled " my love, you don't have to worry again this, everything is all sorted out" 

She really can't believe the gut of this man.

He was bent on ruining her life, asking him to stop this was no help, she turned to face her uncle. He knows her better than everyone here.

"Uncle, you know me better than everyone here, I would not do something like this"

Her uncle glared at her, "this isn't the first time you are lusting after married men" he said shaking his head, he held his wife hand and walk out, her only family had left

She froze. Why, why would he added more salt in her wounds, she didn't know what to do, how to prove this douchebag was lying,

"Amor, you should stop worrying, it is all over, we can finally be together, and you know the doctor said worrying isn't good for the baby's health" he held her hand and gently massaged it. 

Emily glared at her and then turned her focus to Eduardo, "baby please we can still make this work, you don't have to end this, I love you" she said, a fresh batch of tears were preparing to fall, her eyes grew teary.

" Emily it is more than that, I…"

Before he would complete it, a man who Lisa presumed to be Emily's dad spoke up " Emily enough, My family have been disrespected enough, we are leaving" 

"But dad…" 

"No buts Emily, he doesn't deserve you, Eduardo you would pay for this" he said then looked at Lisa with a scornful look before dragging Emily out despite her pleas.

"Eduardo" a voice said from the front of the chapel, it was calm, Lisa turned ahead to look at him, Eduardo's father, they share a striking resemblance, all the men in the Rodriguez family do, a chill went down her spine, his family hadn't said anything,this brothers or younger sister just started, only his mom had spoke up, Lisa glance at her direction and she was crying.

"Dad I know.."

" What do you know about Eduardo?" His dad asked him with a piercing gaze.

He didn't say anything, he raked a figure through his head, Lisa returned her gaze back to him, she was trying to read his expression but they were unreadable, which made it easy to lie to thousands of people with no care about whose life he had ruined.

Straighten her shape, she made her way out of the chapel, she need to explain things to her uncle, she needed to prove her innocence, and of course she need to beg him, she knows how her uncle is when he is upset, and this certainly made him angry, her mom or younger sister, she made a silent prayer for everything to work out.

"Amor, where are you going?" Eduardo called out to her and she winched, he needed to stop calling her that, he has done enough for someone she doesn't even know.

She turned to face him, his family's eyes were on her, which she hated.

Taking a deep breath, " again Sir, you have me really confused, I don't know you and you don't either, please stop calling me that" she said smiling.

With that she left, leaving his family confused and Eduardo smirking.
