Chapter 37

Celine and Alexander stood there for a few minutes, just looking at their son. He was so peaceful and perfect. They were so grateful to have him in their lives.

"He's the best thing that's ever happened to us," Celine said.

"He is," Alexander said. "I can't imagine our lives without him."

Mrs. Jameson smiled. She was so happy for her son and her daughter-in-law. She knew that they would be wonderful parents.

"I'm so proud of you both," Mrs. Jameson said. "You're going to be great parents."

"Thank you, Mom," Alexander and Celine said.

They all stood there for a few more minutes, just enjoying the moment. Then, Bryan stirred in his sleep and opened his eyes. He looked up at Mrs. Jameson and smiled.

"He's smiling at you," Celine said.

"I think he likes me," Mrs. Jameson said.

Bryan closed his eyes and went back to sleep.

"He's such a good baby," Mrs. Jameson said. "I'm so glad you two are so happy."

"We are," Celine said. "We're so grateful for him."
