It was the annual meeting of the board of directors that morning and Jackson sat on the right-hand side of the table with Mr. Smith sitting on the left and the chairman sat at the head of the table,

“Shall we begin the meeting…” He looked at his board members who sat before him and opened the board pack on his table, “…let’s start with the issue of Jaxon and the CEO position,”

They all sat up looking worried and concerned amongst themselves and the chairman cleared his throat, “let me hear your thoughts and whispers, I know it’s quite a matter of concern for all of us and this company, that’s why I’ve brought it up first, how about you start first, Mr. Jaxon?”

Jaxon looked up from his watch which he had been staring at and gazed at the whole members, “Uhm I think we should wait for him to come back,”

“But we have been waiting for him for one year…” a member intercepted, “…the letter says when he turns 21 and he turned 21 last year, so why isn’t he back yet?...”
