“Here, we were all so happy here. Remember how we all went out in the rain and our moms were looking for us, we all got a cold and couldn’t go to school the next day,” Steph explained with a smile.

Mia stared into the pictures she was showing her. Her memory was trying to remember what Steph was telling her but it was a bit blurry.

It had been a month and Steph had been trying all she could to help Mia’s memory. On some days, to Mia, the memories seem like they are going to be clear and on some other days, it is completely blank.

Steph wished there was something she could do to make all the memory come back to her but there was nothing than to keep helping her.

Steph had gone home to bring all their childhood pictures and sometimes she remembered some tiny details and even though it wasn’t so much, Steph was glad that there was hope.

There was a knock on the door. Steph knew it was Mark, he had called earlier that he was going to be there soon.
