Apollo
I feel the tether from a pack member get broken and my face scrunches up in confusion. Who would break their bond to me? And why?
My question gets answered whenever my Beta, Michael falls to his knees and gasps sharply as tears enter his eyes. His face contorts from sadness, confusion, to pure rage. He forces himself to his feet and exclaims, “Who does she think she is to reject me?!”
My eyes widen and I wonder why she would’ve left like that. She didn’t reject him in person and surely, she was the one who rejected the pack and declared herself as a rogue. I never thought I’d see the day where she would leave Lux.
