Chp 18 Pt. 4 The Twins
Akila
“Luna I need you to calm down and push. We need to get these twins out now.”
Haley is hyperventilating as we hear the fighting get closer. Dr. Sully is worried he’s going to have to perform an emergency c-section if Haley doesn’t start pushing. Nick, Ray and Harrison have all shifted and are standing guard in the hallway. I worry they are bring dark witches with them, but I put a protective shield up. This will block anyone from entering this room unless I let them.
“Akila, what is going on over there,” asks Avery through the mind link. I can feel Mason listening too.
“We can hear fighting outside the hospital. Dr. Sully is prepping for a c-section.”
“A c-section? Why?”

There are so many rogues that their stench is covering the scent of Red Moon wolves, but I know they are here. Haley When I wake up I sit up in a panic. I feel the familiar sparks traveling up my arm and see Avery is a sleeping with his head on the bed while holding my hand. I look around the hospital room searching for my babies. I pull my hand out of Avery’s and try to get out of bed. I wince as pain from my stomach spreads throughout my body from my movements. “Easy Haley. Haley It is utter chaos as we clash with the enemy. It doesn’t take any time at all for the grass to turn red as wolves lose their lives. I wish it didn’t have to be this way, I wish no lives had to be lost. I give Hazel full control and she easily pounces on wolf after wolf, killing each one as we go. Spartan hasn’t left our side and seems very in sync with Hazel as they fight together. I feel Spartan is distressed about something and we see Axel take off towards the cottage. I look in it’s direction and see it’s on fire. I panic and sprint off towards the cottage with Spartan on my heels. I try to mind link the boys. “Nick?
