Chapter 52

After breakfast, my dad and I left the main house and went to the back of the compound. There was another building there. That building was for the workers. It was huge. I believe that there were rooms for sleeping and a lot of offices too.

The office we were heading to was the one that was responsible for the security cameras and footage.

“Do you know where we’re going?” My dad asked me when we entered the building.

“Um, not really sure but I do know that we have to find the office that deals with the security cameras,” I replied.

“And how do you propose we find that?”

“By asking.” I flashed him a small smile. I walked to the reception desk and the lady behind it looked up from her computer and smiled at me politely. “Mrs. Williams, how may I help you today?” Her voice was cheery.

“Could you please tell me where’s the office that deals with the security cameras? I’m doing some research and I have a few questions for the department,” I informed her in a smooth tone.
