Derrick’s point of view

“Please, you need to calm down, Mr.” Lee said.

And he forcefully took his hand off me, I didn’t utter any word rather stare at him.

“Just pray nothing goes wrong!” He pointed at me as he spoke and walked out.

I sat there and watched him leave without uttering a word.

Is this the guy Zora wants to spend her entire life with? I hope he doesn’t make her life a living hell again.

“Why is he so furious, he should be grateful you saved her life, why would he be threatening you that way?” Lee spoke in an annoyed voice.

“It’s alright, I wouldn’t blame him though…. I am just worried about Zora’s health, I pray she gets better quickly.” I said and closed my eyes. It felt like my eyes were spinning.

I heard a knock on the door and Zora’s secretary walked in.

“Sophia.” Lee whispered, I looked at him and looked back at Sophia.

She greeted us both.

“How are you feeling now, Mr Derrick?” She asked me and I nodded and smiled.

“I am getting better.” I answ
