Larger steps

Ava drove the same length of destination that she drove out of the city back, after Cassey called to tell her that everything was back to normal right before they hit their limit. Regardless of what might have been done to fix the situation, she was so glad that she didn't have to face the problems of having to deal with a crumbling company that was just in its blooming stage.

She arrived at the city in the night and just drove straight home, after waiting for dinner at a random food restaurant that was not even close to being a two-star. Nevertheless, she liked the quality and taste of the food that they served there.

Left with two more puzzles to resolve by herself, Ava knew that she still had a lot to bother about. It was still an unsaid fact that she had told her kids the truth about their father whom they met, and the undying deserve to find her birth mother that she never knew existed until years ago. She wanted to find her at every cost.

She remembered that her father had
