Wild tremors

The atmosphere in the office was tense with an air of anticipation which was hanging heavy, and behind the imposing mahogany desk, was Jace sitting languidly on this chair.

His hand tapped rhythmically on the table slowly as he continued to meditate, with his eyes unconsciously darting to the phone which was on the table too. He had been trying to call and text the same person over and over again, and it didn't seem like she was going to pick up or reply anytime soon. It frustrated him so much.

"We just need your signature, sir," The head manager said again for the second time, wondering if her boss had not heard what she said the first time.
