"Hello Temisa Why do you call me this morning?" Anita asked, pulling her legs closer again.

"Morning, how? Didn't you check your time, or are you just waking up from sleep?" Temisa asked back.

"No, I am in my room, though I am copying down something," Anita responded.

"What's that? You don't seem to sound happy. Tell me, what's the problem?" Temisa asked again.

"Nothing serious, just that my father finally apologizes to me today for all those humiliating years," Anita said.

"What! You ain't joking about this, right?" Temisa asked.

"No, why should I lie to you? I'm sober right now because of it, and he just left my room not too long ago. Although I told my mom and the rest of them this morning that I finally got a job, they're all happy about it." Anita said.

"Why won't they be happy? At least a new savior in the family." Temisa whined.
