Ch49 - Surprise

George and David were on the trampoline and were jumping while they were having a staring contest when Jacob called.

“Daddy!” Both George and David turned to look at Jacob.

“What is it, buddy?”

“What is it, son?”

Both of them spoke in unison.

“Daddy,” Jacob ran towards David, making the latter smirk at George.

‘See that? I’m his dad and not you. So don’t turn as if you are his father.’ He thought with a smug look on his face.

“Of course! You can. Wait, I’ll change my clothes first. Then, let’s swim.” David was about to get inside the house when Jacob stopped him.
