Austin lifted her hand to his chest. "Feel my heartbeat."

She spread her fingers across his broad chest.

"What do you feel?"

"It's beating."

"Ah-huh." He leaned into her neck and whispered, "What else?"

She closed her eyes and touched him again. "It's beating fast."

Agatha sniffed around him. "There's a smell coming from you."
