Chapter 6: Confused

Matthew POV

Six o'clock!

I sped off to the forest located just behind my property. My Uncle Baron bought this empty lot when we were thrown into this world for my easier access. I was running out of time, I could feel my back was going to split in a half and Argo would come out in seconds. My hands slapped the giant leaves of tropical plants, my feet flashed defying the protruding roots on the ground. I groaned as I dashed off, the boisterous gasping of my breath was occupying the whole darkness. My blue wolf eyes were like headlights scaring some of the nocturnal beasts.

I halted as my knees met the wet ground, my hands had gotten numbed, my fingers were tightened, I lifted my head welcoming the coming gaze of the moonlight.
