Chapter 47.2

Outside the witch and the wizard’s shop is Miranda looking side to side. She’s been doing doing that for couple of times now, hoping for Mizuko to show up and get home any moment now before it’s dark.

Miranda is restless. Lately, Mizuko has been spending her time learning magic in the academy and training with Hannock. She knows what that will bring them, she knows the good days are ending. In three days, Yami will lose its crown prince, he will wander in his sleep and when he wakes, that smile will soon be visible again.

Losing all hope as the sky painted black, Miranda let out a heavy sigh, looking up and sniffling from the cold. She bit her lower lip and rubbed her arms with her hands. What is Mizuko doing? It’s getting late.

“Miranda, get back inside! The young lady will be home if she wants to come home!” Master Kaja told her.
