57. The Evil Ploy

Joanna gave it a second thought before inquiring. “what's the offer?"

Gamma Genevieve looked around to be sure no one was watching them or eavesdropping. When she was sure the hallway was clear, she muttered in a low tone. “I think you'd have to invite me inside your dorm first."

Joanna stared at her as if she had grown a horn, but then she agreed.

“Fine, come in." She stepped aside for Gamma Genevieve to walk in.

After Gamma Genevieve entered her dorm, Joanna closed the door shut, then she leaned against the door with her arms folded neatly beneath her breast in akimbo.

“I still have to pack and my maid went to repair one of my gown zippers. So get on with it before she comes back."
