Chapter 48: Deadly Kiss

Sirene's POV:

The sweetest smiles can deceit innocence. It illumines the feature of beauty that hides and masks a person's dark side. A smile can be alluring like magic that was cast upon you. If you are ready to believe, then you are easy to deceive. 

As soon as I found out that Coralia left with Kieran, I rush to the old castle on the top of the village's mountain without having a second thought. To be honest, I was frightened down to the soles of my shoes, but the thought of Coralia alone with Kieran and possibly in danger is giving me the strength to keep going. 

The higher I climb to the top of the mountain, the darker it gets. Until it becomes cold and everything is turned into pitch black.  All I can see is darkness in the middle of nothingness.
