Chapter 31

Christ stood outside Anna's mansion waiting for her to come out. He was nervous and same time happy. Something he had never done in his life, he was doing it for the first time. He wasn't sure he did the right thing, making her sign the contract without a proper proofreading.

He thought that could be the only way to get her and make her his. He has never waited for a lady nor asked her out. But because he liked Anna and wants to make her his, he was willing to do anything to keep her to himself.

He thought getting to know her first and the kind of things she likes, come first. Then, with time, ask her out, and slowly ask her to be his wife.

He never dated, so he felt dating was a waste of time, when you love your partner, you ask them to marry you.

He stood by the car door scanning his outfits to make sure he was looking good, something he had never done before.

Christ didn't have to take his time to make sure he was perfect because God already made him perfect in his own way.

He heard
