I feel like Daniel's been avoiding me.

I texted him after that day at the house, but he acted uninterested. I wonder if he lost interest in me after kissing me.

No, I don't believe that. Not after the way he held me when we kissed. He is definitely into me like I am into him. That's right. I'm not afraid to admit it anymore. I like Daniel, and now I will make sure he becomes mine.

But how do I make him admit the same?

I catch up to him on the way to his car and stop him before he has the chance to get in.

"Daniel, wait!" I shout. He looks at me and narrows his eyes.

"What's up?" he asks.

"How is your nose?" I ask him. He looks kind of angry, nearly making me laugh. I guess I still annoy him a lot.

"What? I'm just a concerned citizen," I grin.

"My nose is just fine, thank you for asking. And thank you for taking me to the nurse's office too, but I could've walked there, you know. My legs were fine."
