12| Intimidating (Emma)

I cannot believe that it worked! He listened to me and now we’re going out and we’re going to talk, like adults, about each other’s creative process when it comes to design.

It was such a risk to call him out on his shit back there but I am so thankful that I did. He actually looked at my portfolio and spoke to me when he could have had me thrown out of the building. He told me to get out, but I stood my ground and said no, and he surprisingly didn’t push any further.

Now I’m at my desk waiting for him. The women here saw me exit his office with loose hair and no heels, I know exactly what they thought I did in there with him, and it made me feel sick, but in time they will learn the truth, so no reason to stress about it now.

I slipped on the flats that I brought with me so that I didn’t have to wear those heels outside. Wearing heels is one thing but walking in them for long periods of time is another.
