Didn't come to school

After thinking for a while, Lily decided to meet Fae for help. After all, Fae was the only friend she knew. Sarah, whom she thought would be a good friend, had betrayed her. That betrayal hurt. It made Lily feel like she wasn't worthy of being loved. It was a terrible feeling. Anyway, she made her way to class and saw Fae reading a novel. It was a Colleen Hoover book.

"Will you be done with it soon?" Lily asked. She loved reading novels as much as she loved reading her own books. Her love for reading must have come from there.

"No, but you could borrow a copy from Gabriel's library. He has all the books you could name," Fae smiled.

"Yeah. Uhm, can I ask for a favor, Fae?" She asked, and Fae looked at her with a smile.

"Go ahead," she said.

"Can I borrow five hundred dollars from you? I ruined Harriet's dress, and she asked me to refund the money," she sighed.
