END-of Part 1

"Is this it?" Rod said while holding my hand. Ironically, I was the one holding his hand because I felt he might get lost here in the cemetery.

"No, it's this way," I said as I pulled him in the right direction.

Rod and I were heading to my mom's grave. And because there were many twists and turns along the way, we were having a hard time navigating, especially since he's a big guy.

"Excuse me," I kept saying that at every tomb we passed by.

"Why are you saying that, babe?" Rod asked.

"To prevent your 'eggs' from swelling," I said, laughing. What's wrong with Rod, he's oblivious to any superstition.

Actually, since earlier. When we were entering, he was talking so much that I asked him to be quiet since we're in a cemetery.

I guess he was wondering why I wanted him to be quiet, so he bombarded me with a lot of questions.

As we passed by a large cross, I caught sight of a woman's face that was very familiar to me.
