I open my eyes to see a familiar face looking back at me. "Hunter?" Over the next week, Asher and I worked tirelessly to form a plan so that we could dig up intel on Eli and Everett. We did as much as we could from overseas, but now it was time to go in person. So far, I managed to deduce that Eli was, in fact, giving intel to Everett, but what we didn't know was whether Eli was aware of this or if Eli was the mastermind behind it all. From the information I found, it would be easy to point fingers at Eli, but part of me still had doubts. I waited in the car for over thirty minutes. I needed to ensure that neither Eli nor Everett expected us to be together. ...Asher POV...I didn't want to add to Sienna's nerves by telling her that I also had a bad feeling. I couldn't explain why, only that something seemed off to me.
